Return & Exchange Policy

At RangPulse, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. However, we do not offer returns. Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

✅ Exchange Eligibility:

  • Only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • You must raise a request within 10 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

❌ Not Eligible:

  • Items purchased during sale or offer periods.
  • Size issues (please refer to the size chart carefully before purchase).
  • No exchange for reasons like change of mind or dislike of color/design.

📩 How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email us at contact@rangpulse.com within 10 days of delivery.
  2. Include your Order ID, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. We’ll respond within 48 hours with further instructions.

🚚 Reverse Pickup:

  • We may arrange a reverse pickup for eligible requests, subject to pin code serviceability.
  • If not serviceable, you may need to self-ship the item.

📌 Note:

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • Final decision on exchange lies with RangPulse after quality check.
